Welcome to the Wangaratta Anaesthetic Group (WAG) home page.

WAG is an associateship of medical specialists in the field of anaesthesia.  We provide anaesthetic services to the Wangaratta Private Hospital, Northeast Health Wangaratta (NEHW) as well as covering and supporting anaesthesia in the greater Wangaratta area.

The group is currently made up of 6 anaesthetists and we plan to expand in the near future.

We work with most of the surgical specialists, physician proceduralists, who either are based in Wangaratta or visit from either Melbourne or Albury.

The group prides itself on a high professional and ethical standards and strive to deliver the highest quality of anaesthesia to the people of Northeast Victoria.

The purpose of this website is for the general public and interested health care professionals to find out about WAG, its member, services, and about the enjoyment of working in the Northeast.
